Where to find Online Yoga Classes

Online yoga classes are growing in popularity. But where do you find them? There are several different websites that offer this service, and some of them are even multi-day training sessions. Sky Ting TV and Glo are two examples. Yoga Download is my favourite because you can filter classes by style, instructor level, intensity, and more. You can find a description of most yoga videos that will help guide you in choosing a class according to its length, level, intensity, and whether props are required.

Sky Ting TV

Sky Ting TV may be an option for you if you are considering taking up yoga but have no time to visit a local studio. Sky Ting TV allows members to view yoga classes from anywhere. The company's founders have been focused on growing their business since the AIDS pandemic, giving Sky Ting TV priority in their efforts. Since then, the company has gotten out two studio leases, hired PR and added merch to their digital marketing strategy.

Glo

mental health wellness apps

Glo offers many courses in yoga online, and there is ample instruction available for all levels. Many yoga apps lump classes together under the term "yoga," but Glo distinguishes between different styles of yoga so that beginners can learn more about their yoga practice. Over 4,000 videos are available, and cover a wide range of topics. You can also filter classes by mood and specific meditations. And you can browse through them in any sequence.

Frame

For those who are interested in practicing yoga at home, you can try a free trial class on Frame's website. Online pre-registration is required for classes that start 45 minutes early. Drop-in classes for "In Person" classes are possible if there's space. For questions, you may email your instructor. You may find a live class better suited for your schedule. You should be aware of your limits before registering.

Doyogawithme

DoYogaWithMe can be a great resource to find online yoga classes. Rachel Scott, a yoga instructor, leads the classes. Rachel Scott has more than four thousand hours of teaching experience, seven years of YTT experience, extensive academic training, and over four millenniums of yoga experience. The ERYT 500 program was designed from the ground up with accessibility, engagement, and professionalism in mind. This program is a great option for those who wish to learn yoga, but don't have enough time or money to travel.

Yoga Loft

Online classes offer a convenient way for those who don't live near the Yoga Loft to continue their practice from home. Online classes are available in addition to live classes. Even if you don’t have a smartphone or a computer, you can still connect to the class using your tablet, smartphone or laptop. To sign up for live, virtual classes, visit the schedule page at minimum 10 minutes before the class begins. Then click on the link to "View Broadcast". You can also enroll in On-Demand classes online, but you have to pay for them online.

Practyce

Practyce offers a wide range of styles and levels of online yoga classes. You can organize your classes by difficulty level, length, or intensity to find the best videos for you. You can customize your classes by choosing from different categories or instructors. The videos of these classes are excellent and provide detailed instructions. These classes can be challenging for some, but they are great for both beginners and advanced yogis.
